What you will do:

As an experienced project leader, you are responsible for organizing, coordinating, and managing construction projects. You monitor progress, finances, quality, and planning, and ensure that all involved parties work together optimally. Thanks to your experience, you know how to connect interests and make timely adjustments when circumstances require. You are the central point of contact within projects and ensure the successful realization of the set project goals.

• You are responsible for the complete management of construction projects from preparation to delivery.
• You monitor the planning, quality, progress, and financial results of projects.
• You maintain contact with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• You manage project teams and ensure optimal cooperation between all involved parties.
• You identify risks and opportunities and translate them into appropriate measures.
• You monitor contractual agreements and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• You report on progress and results to management.
• You actively contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the organization.

What you recognize yourself in:

• You have an MBO or HBO working and thinking level.
• You have several years of experience as a project leader within the construction sector.
• You have experience managing multidisciplinary project teams.
• You have good organizational and communication skills.
• You know how to set priorities and maintain an overview within complex projects.
• You are result-oriented and have an eye for quality and cooperation.
• You can work independently and take responsibility for your projects.
• You have a proactive attitude and think along about improvements and optimizations.
