Good to know before applying

Working at Amsterdam Zuid station is ideal for students at the VU Amsterdam or nearby institutions, as the station is a major transit hub. However, because shifts start as early as 06:00 or end at midnight, you must ensure you can commute to the station within 30 minutes without relying on public transport, which may not run during these hours. Biking or walking from nearby student housing in Amsterdam-Zuid or Buitenveldert is highly practical. Always check the Dutch B1 language requirement and travel distance rules in the source description before applying to ensure a smooth application process.
