Internal Account Manager

Salary indication:A salary indication of €2,800 to €5,000 gross per month based on 40 hours per week, depending on knowledge and work experience.

We are looking for:

• You have at least an HBO working and thinking level;
• You have experience in insurance (preferably commercial), financial services, or a similar internal sales or account management role;
• You preferably have experience with credit insurance;
• You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
• You are reliable and ensure tasks are completed carefully;
• You are eager to learn and interested in the financial world;
• You are independent but also know when to coordinate with colleagues or ask for help.

Role description:As an Internal Account Manager, you are the permanent point of contact for clients and ensure everything regarding policies, credit limits, and claims runs smoothly. You communicate daily with clients and insurers, monitor agreements made, and process changes accurately in the CRM system. In addition, you analyze credit information and translate complex information into clear and understandable advice for the client. You also support the field staff so that processes remain well-organized and clients are optimally helped. In this role, you dare to take responsibility and stand up for the client's interest, even when you need to be critical towards an insurer or client.
