What you will do

• Prepare poke bowls, toppings, sauces, and sides according to The Poke Lab standards.
• Help guests choose ingredients, explain allergens, and keep the counter friendly during lunch and dinner peaks.
• Support online orders, takeaway handoffs, light cleaning, and daily prep lists.
• Keep ingredients fresh, labelled, and stocked so the team can move fast during busy summer shifts.
